Surf Club — regular wakesurf life on the Danube
If you ride wakesurf regularly — once a week, twice a month, or just every weekend in season — the Surf Club membership is the most economical and most fun way to do it. Member-rate hourly fees, guaranteed time slots, community events, and a friendly group of like-minded riders.
What you get with membership

How does the per-minute billing work?
Unlike regular hourly bookings (where you book the whole boat for an hour), Surf Club operates on per-minute billing. The boat goes out with multiple members at the same time slot, and each member’s individual ride time is tracked separately. If you only manage 12 minutes on the wave during a 2-hour session (because of falls and breaks), you only pay for those 12 minutes. This is significantly cheaper for serious athletes who prefer many short, focused sessions over one long ride.
Per-minute billing — how does it work in practice?
Surf Club uses per-minute billing instead of hourly rates. The boat goes out for a 2-hour session with 4-6 members, and each rider’s actual ride time is tracked individually with a stopwatch. This is dramatically cheaper than booking the whole boat:
- Standard hourly: 120,000 HUF for 1 hour ATX boat (whole boat, 4 people sharing)
- Surf Club per-minute: approximately 600-900 HUF/minute per rider (depending on tier)
- Real-life example: A serious rider does 4 sessions per month, each session ~15-20 minutes net ride time → average monthly cost ~50,000-70,000 HUF instead of 120,000+ HUF for hourly bookings
The exact per-minute rate depends on your membership tier (see below). Our timekeeping is transparent: each ride is logged in our app with start/stop times, and you get a monthly summary email.

5 sessions per season, flexible booking, -10% on hourly rates. Per-minute rate ~900 HUF/min. Ideal for first-year members.
Annual fee: ~80,000 HUF
Regular
Bi-weekly fixed slot, -20% on hourly rates, priority on events. Per-minute rate ~750 HUF/min. The most popular tier.
Annual fee: ~150,000 HUF
VIP
Weekly fixed slot, -25% on hourly rates, free guest invites, all events included. Per-minute rate ~600 HUF/min. For serious athletes.
Annual fee: ~250,000 HUF

How to join
Surf Club is exclusively available on the ATX Type S 22 boat. Minimum 2 people per session, per-minute billing. Membership is approval-based — we want to make sure new members fit the existing community. Express interest in the booking form with the “Surf Club member” option, and we’ll arrange a trial session.
